Golden Heart Senior Care in Walnut Creek is celebrating our 1 year anniversary! It has been a long journey, but we are very excited and proud to fully be in business for one whole year. It has been a very rewarding business to be a part of, and feel extremely grateful that we have created a family within the Golden Heart team.
